The Executive Committee - is elected biennially, consists of 12 elected members and up to 4 co-opted members and meets on either the 3rd or 4th Thursday of each month except in August. Any WI member may be nominated by an institute and members should be encouraged to stand.

Federation Sub-committees - are appointed by the Executive Committee, organise classes, conferences and other events in their special subjects. Approximately 80 members serve on subcommittees, the list being published every year in West Kent News. New blood is continually required if each activity is to flourish and WIs are asked to put forward to the Executive Committee the names of any members willing to become involved in Federation work.

Public Affairs & International

WI Advisers - a WI adviser is a WI member who has been trained and appointed by the national federation to work in her own federation. She is a link between the National Federation and the WIs as well as between the Federation and the WI.

All items for publication to be sent to the Federation Office by 15th of the month.  Please allow six weeks for inclusion.  Institute and District reports should only be sent in when requested.
